All form submissions are stored securely using Google Firebase Firestore, a cloud-hosted database service operated by Google LLC. Your data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in encrypted cloud infrastructure.

Access to stored data is restricted to authorised Foundation staff only. We retain your data for as long as it is operationally necessary and no longer.

5. Third-Party Services

Our website uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:

• Google Firebase — data storage and hosting infrastructure
• Google Fonts — typography loaded from Google's CDN
• Netlify — website hosting and content delivery
• Unsplash — stock photography (no personal data shared)

We do not use advertising networks, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics tools on this website.
